  1. Cape Seal is a combination of chip seal with slurry seal on top and is used on surfaces that are in much worse condition
  2. Prepare surface, remove raveling and loose pavement, fill holes, fill crack over 1"
  3. Clean surface and chip seal road way if there are a lot of cracks, increase emulsion, usa a 31A or 29A natural aggregate open to traffic.
  4. Allow chip seal cure remove loose aggregate with kickoff sweeper or vacuum sweeper
  5. Slurry seal entire surface, let cure open to traffic can be painted same day if needed
